Spring & Summer Competitive Program
The primary training and competitive season for the WLAC team occurs in the spring and summer. This programs offers 3 training days per week, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The program is designed to prepare athletes for a variety of district and provincial meets that occur on most weekends throughout the summer. Unlike the Fall and Winter training this program is very event specialized. As in other programs, athletes from other sports, who wish fitness training are welcome to join.
