Winter Program
The winter program is designed for all athletes and it operates from the end of November to the beginning of March. Training evenings are Monday and Saturday, with competitive meets on weekends. On Monday nights athletes work on endurance through pool workouts (running in the water, the ability to swim is not required) at Southside pool in Woodstock, practices are from 6:30 PM -8:00pm. On Saturday the team trains in London or at Cowan park. More details about the schedule will be posted shortly
