All WLAC Participants are required to complete this waiver and the online registration with Athletics Ontario

FULL YEAR - $750

Training is offered year round from January through to December. The full year program includes all competitive and non-competitive programs. Individuals that are interested in excelling in track & field, improving their skills and increasing their fitness are encouraged to join this program.  Training is offered 3 days per week, plus track & field meets (some meets are an additional cost).

SUMMER TRAINING - cost and dates TBD

This program is focused on athletes that are looking to improve their track & field skills and fundamentals. For more advanced athletes, this program emphasizes technique precision and prepares athletes for National competitions. Training is offered Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, plus track & field meets. The times might be changed due to COVID-19 restrictions. We are following the Athletics Ontario return to sports guidelines.

FALL TRAINING - $350

This program is strongly recommended for all athletes interested in base training for track & field. Athletes train three times a week beginning Tuesday, September 14th until outdoor weather is no longer suitable at which point the program will move to indoors.. Practices are held on Sunday mornings (10am to 12pm). Tuesday and Thursday evenings (5:30 - 7:30 pm). Contact for information.

NEW! JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT - $120

The junior development program is a new program geared towards elementary aged students (6 to 11 years old). It provides a chance to try new events and train specifically for your favourites. Program begins September 14th, 2021 until outdoor weather permits. Program is available one night a week, either Tuesday or Thursday evenings from 5:30 to 7:30om. Please contact us for details.

SUMMER CAMP - $180 - full day $125 - half day

Summer camp is offered for kids from age 6 to 13. Our inclusive environment strives to teach children the fundamentals of track & field.  Full day camp runs from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm. Half-day camp is offered from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm. Packed lunch is from noon to 12:45 pm and pizza is provided on Fridays by the WLAC!
