FULL YEAR - $750
Training is offered year round from January through to December. The full year program includes all competitive and non-competitive programs. Individuals that are interested in excelling in track & field, improving their skills and increasing their fitness are encouraged to join this program. Training is offered 3 days per week, plus track & field meets (some meets are an additional cost).
SUMMER TRAINING - $450
Our summer program begins on May 21, 2019 and runs through to the end of August. This program is focused on athletes that are looking to improve their track & field skills and fundamentals. For more advanced athletes, this program emphasizes technique precision and prepares athletes for National competitions. Training is offered Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, plus track & field meets.
CROSS COUNTRY TRAINING - $400
This program is strongly recommended for distance runners, especially those who are running with their school. Runners train once a week starting early September through to November. This program operates primarily to supplement and compliment school training. Practices are held on Sunday afternoons.
MINOR TRACK - $85
Our minor track program is geared towards our elementary aged students. It prepares students for elementary track & field meets and introduces them to all the events. Training for these young athletes is 2 times a week on Tuesday's and Thursday's from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm. It begins April 16, 2019 through to June 9, 2019.
JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT - $180
The junior development program is a new program geared towards elementary aged students. It provides a chance to try new events and train specifically for your favourites. This will start after minor track has finished in mid-June and run all summer. Training dates will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm.
SUMMER CAMP - $180 (Full day) $100 (Half day)
Summer camp is offered for kids from age 6 to 13. Our inclusive environment strives to teach children the fundamentals of track & field. Campers even have the opportunity participate in a track and field meet! Full day camp runs from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm. Half day options are from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm or 12:45 pm to 4:30 pm. Packed lunch is from noon to 12:45pm and pizza is provided on Fridays by the WLAC!
