PROGRAMS
All WLAC Participants are required to complete this waiver and the online registration with Athletics Ontario.
If you are competing in MTA track meets, the registration fee is $15. Please make payment here.
FULL SEASON - $750
Training is offered year round from April 1st through to October 2nd. The full year program includes all competitive and non-competitive programs. Individuals that are interested in excelling in track & field, improving their skills and increasing their fitness are encouraged to join this program. Training is offered 3 days per week, plus track & field meets (meets are an additional cost). Training is Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday (6-8 pm) at the Terry Fox Track at 700 College Avenue, Woodstock (C.A.S.S). Registration will include a WLAC hoodie and singlet.
JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - $275
This program is for 7-14 year olds that want to learn and try different track and field events. This program will also give children that want to specialize in certain events, that opportunity.
This program runs from April 1 - May 29. Training will be Tuesday and Thursday from 6-8pm at the Terry Fox Track at 700 College Avenue, Woodstock (C.A.S.S).
SUMMER COMPETITIVE PROGRAM - $450
This program runs from June 1, 2025 - August 21, 2025. Practices will be held on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6-8pm at the Terry Fox Track at 700 College Avenue, Woodstock (C.A.S.S).
Summer Junior Development Program - $325

SUMMER CAMP - Full Day ($200) Half Day ($130)
Summer camp is offered for kids from age 6 to 13. Our inclusive environment strives to teach children the fundamentals of track & field. Full day camp runs from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm and includes a WLAC t-shirt. Half-day camp is offered from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (WLAC t-shirt can be purchased). Packed lunch is from noon to 12:45 pm and pizza is provided on Fridays by the WLAC! Camp will be at the new track located at College Avenue Secondary School in Woodstock.
