FULL YEAR - $700
Training is offered year round from January through to December. The full year program includes all competitive and non-competitive programs. Individuals that are interested in excelling in track & field, improving their skills and increasing their fitness are encouraged to join this program. Training is offered 3 days per week, plus track & field meets (some meets are an additional cost). Registration will include a WLAC jacket or hoodie, t-shirt and singlet.
FALL AND INDOOR TRAINING - $375
This program is focused on athletes that are looking to improve their track & field skills and fundamentals. For more advanced athletes, this program emphasizes technique precision and prepares athletes for National competitions. Training is offered Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. Time is TBD. Registration is now open and includes a singlet. Program begins September 11th, 2022 and runs until December 18th, 2022.
YOUTH PROGRAM TRAINING - $125
This program is strongly recommended for athletes, aged 8-11 who are interested in learning about track and field. Athletes train once a week beginning Sunday, September 11th until December 18th. Practices are held on Sunday. Time and location is TBD.
INDOOR TRAINING - $225
The program is geared towards athletes interested in indoor training. Program is available on Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday, starting November 8th, 2022 until December 22th, 2022.
Practice times & location:
Sunday from 2:30pm - 4:00pm at Cowan Park.
Tuesday from 6:00pm - 7:30pm at the Flight Centre (Dorchester)
Thursday from 8:10pm - 9:10pm at Southside Aquatic Centre
SUMMER CAMP - $200 - full day $130 - half day
Summer camp is offered for kids from age 6 to 13. Our inclusive environment strives to teach children the fundamentals of track & field. Full day camp runs from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm and includes a WLAC t-shirt. Half-day camp is offered from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (WLAC t-shirt can be purchased). Packed lunch is from noon to 12:45 pm and pizza is provided on Fridays by the WLAC!
